We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Independent Contractor to represent ZIRKEL Optics and drive sales growth in the eyewear sector. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for innovation, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong understanding of the outdoor and eyewear industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Zirkel Holding LLC is Zirkel Optics a cutting-edge eyewear company founded in early 2024 in Steamboat Springs Colorado by an U.S. Snowboard Olympian and Eyewear enthusiast, built on pillars of innovation, sustainability, and community, Zirkel Optics leverages plant-based 3D printing technology to create high-quality sport performance eyewear and Bio Based Snow goggles.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the eyewear business within assigned territories.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with 3O channel partners, independent retail stores, and other independent locations.
Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events or trade shows (as required).
Product Presentations: Present ZIRKEL Optics product lines to clients, emphasizing key features, benefits, and current market trends.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Market Insights & Competitor Monitoring: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the eyewear, outdoor, fashion, or related industries.
Established network within the outdoor, eyewear, or optical communities is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
Compensation:
This position operates on a commission-plus-bonus structure, offering significant earning potential based on sales performance.
Location:
This role is based on your existing territory or is flexible to be built around your current place of residence.
