What You'll Do:
Build and maintain relationships in the independent optical market, particularly highlighting the introduction of Woody's Eyewear.
Enhance market presence and brand visibility in premium optical retail spaces.
Provide exceptional service to existing accounts, epitomizing the quality Villa Eyewear is celebrated for.
Use your territorial knowledge and experience to prospect effectively, focusing on strategic growth and brand enhancement.
We're Looking For:
Individuals with a proven track record in the optical market.
Experience in optician work or optical management is a plus.
High-energy, positive professionals capable of navigating challenges.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
A thorough understanding of the luxury eyewear market and its competitive dynamics.
Responsibilities Include:
Independent work and travel, with comprehensive back-office support.
Conducting thorough market research and building target client lists.
Growing and supporting your existing account base.
Participating in marketing activities, including trunk shows and trade shows.
Delivering engaging brand presentations and training sessions.
Leveraging digital tools for brand awareness and prospect engagement.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in direct outside sales within the optical industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
