RAEN > Director Of International Sales
RAEN Optics is looking for a passionate and strategic leader experienced in building and managing international markets in the optical and sun channels. The individual will work with cross-functional teams to deliver on plan and will report to the VP of Global Sales. The focus will be to grow in current markets with strong focus on developing new markets. The candidate should be well rounded in all facets of the modern marketplace with strong finance acumen to deliver results within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential international distributors.
• Develop international sales by identifying, prospecting, and opening new distributors.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as brand ambassador by educating distributors about RAEN's heritage and company culture.
• Provide strong support to distributors: product training, merchandising, etc.
• Work closely with the office team and management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum five years sales experience in international eyewear markets.
• Ability to travel extensively and attend international eyewear shows.
• Demonstrated experience in developing new international markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to develop relationships.
• Passionate about eyewear and quality design.
