Responsibilites
Build strong relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base.
Maintain store visual objectives and cleanliness.
Coordinate and process orders and ensure timely delivery from external lab for lenses.
Maintain accuracy in measurements, adjustments, and fitting of eyewear.
Maintain store alignment with the brand's vision in terms of customer interactions, store aesthetics, and ambiance.
Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and client expectations.
Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to clients.
Provide exceptional service and meet all client needs.
Collaborate with Client Experience Specialists to improve practices.
Display a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an optical salesperson or licensed optician.
Preferably licensed in optical dispensing, etc. specifically in New York State.
Very comfortable to adjust thick acetate frames.
Demonstrated success in enhancing customer experiences and driving revenue growth
Highly energetic with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team player with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Possess a stylish demeanor and have insightful knowledge of the local retail market.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Independent and organized work habits are necessary.
Passion for selling high-end eyewear to customers.
Keeps up to date with product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
Resourceful.
Computer skills.
