THEO > Sales Ambassador - West Coast & Canada
Ramassia is searching for a new Ambassador to represent THEO on the West Coast of the US and Canada.
It all started in 1987 when there was a craving for a different style of glasses. The initial Theo models made quite an impact, and the excitement was infectious. Theo gradually won over more hearts, one country at a time. We are now immensely proud to collaborate globally with a select group of individual opticians who have embraced Theo and brought the love for design, originality, and quality to their customers. Essential Functions will be:
The brand is already well established so your first task will be to nurture and grow strong relationships with our existing customers.
Become a Theo ambassador by creating brand awareness and providing high-level product knowledge.
Prospecting and develTheo!new accounts, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue.
Maintain accurate CRM information by logging calls, meetings, and travel scheduling.
Monitor and report on market and clients’ activities.
Attend required corporate training sessions, conference calls, team meetings, and appointments within the district.
Develops and conducts trunk shows and other patient/consumer events in top practices to create awareness for brands and drive sales.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
On-the-road sales experience in the luxury industry – preferably with independent, higher-end frame companies.
Experience working in a high-end independent optical store.
Familiar with territory (you should already be based in Southwest USA)
You are a self-motivated, persistent go-getter with strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of and ability to identify the best stores/customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships.
Ability to carry and lift multiple sample bags weighing up to 50 pounds each.
Ability to be on the road 5 or more days per week.
Understand and articulate the brand proposition and positioning.
College degree preferred. Optician’s welcome.
Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the US.
