PLEIN LES MIRETTES > Sales Representatives

FEBAM Eyewear is currently seeking highly motivated and independent individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for Plein Les Mirettes. As a representative, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and promote our high-quality eyewear. This is a remote position that allows you to work flexibly and manage your own schedule.

PLM features a diverse range of eyewear catering to different tastes and preferences. With a focus on craftsmanship, design and inclusivity, the Normandy-based line has gained popularity among fashion-forward individuals and eyewear enthusiasts worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in your assigned territories.

  • Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities to maximize revenue and market penetration.

  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our eyewear collection.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify potential sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with our US office (FEBAM Eyewear) to develop sales targets, strategies, and action plans.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events and sales meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in eyewear sales, preferably as an independent sales representative.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while effectively managing a multi-state territory.

  • In-depth knowledge of the eyewear industry, including current trends, brands and market dynamics.

  • Has a reliable vehicle and is available to travel by car within the assigned territory.
