ROLF Spectacles Corp. is hiring a sales representative to work with our accounts in Canada.

We’re looking for multiple open-minded, energetic and enthusiastic people across America who will strengthen and establish long-term relationships with new and established customers while increasing sales revenue. This position requires sales experience, territory management capabilities, love of travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with our unique product.

Being a ROLF Sales Representative means:

• Contacting and meeting with current and potential customers

• Conducting sales visits throughout the territory to develop new and existing accounts, strategizing to growrelationships, increasing sales numbers, and introducing clients to ROLF Spectacles

• Providing customer service according to the philosophy of ROLF Spectacles, which includes being attentive and responsive to customers’ needs

• Presenting and promoting ROLF Spectacles with motivation and passion • Working in an accurate and organized manner

• Completing sales forms and documents

• Attending regular sales meetings and major optical shows

Job requirements:

• You have good experience in selling eyewear

• You have access to a network of opticians in your area Business development skills (finance, marketing, strategic management and sales experience)

• Cooperative relationships with management and co-workers

• Understanding and appreciation of independent, high-end eyewear • High motivation to accomplish objectives and goals

• Time and territory management

• Ability to conduct research

• Working independently

• Decisiveness and good judgment
