We are hiring NOW for a US Sales Representative in the Southeast/Central territory and an Optician in the Los Angeles retail location!
Independent Eyewear Sales Representative:
Responsibilities:
• Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential retail partners.
• Develop territory sales by identifying, prospecting, and opening new accounts.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as brand ambassador by educating
clients about AHLEM's heritage and company culture.
• Provide strong support to retailers: product training, merchandising, trunk shows, etc.
• Work closely with the office team and management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum two years sales experience as a traveling representative in the luxury optical field.
• Ability to travel extensively in the defined territory.
• Demonstrated experience in growing territories and closing sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to develop relationships.
• Passionate about eyewear and quality design.
Opticians - Los Angeles - Responsibilities:
• Deliver a positive in-store experience by providing styling expertise to clients and tailoring to their specific needs.
• Educate clients about AHLEM's products, philosophy, values, and brand culture.
• Build and maintain a loyal client book through strong relationships with customers.
• Responsible for reaching and exceeding sales goals regularly.
• Assist management in various operational duties.
• Responsible for taking and recording measurements such as bridge and eye size, temple length, and pupillary distance using the appropriate tools.
• Serve as an AHLEM expert in selecting, adjusting, and fitting frames.
• Manage work orders for lab technicians to ensure the accuracy and delivery of client prescription lenses.
Qualifications:
• Minimum two years’ sales experience in luxury eyewear or high-end luxury retail preferred.
• Flexible schedule and available to work weekends.
• Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude.
