Adalca Studio is rapidly growing and expanding our independent sales force! With consistent year-over-year growth driven by our innovative eyewear designs and commitment to quality, we’re looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our team across the US and West Canada.
Who We’re Looking For:
We seek passionate and entrepreneurial eyewear sales professionals to represent our optical frames and sunglasses collections to eye care practitioners. If you thrive in outside sales and have a proven ability to drive results, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while pursuing new opportunities.
Promote and sell our eyewear collections, enhancing brand visibility and driving sales.
Conduct strategic territory management and client follow-ups.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in account management or outside sales. Eyewear experience is a plus.
Professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills are essential.
Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within your territory.
Benefits:
Up to 20% commission with performance bonuses.
